So happy with the glass replacement job conducted by City Glass Newcastle. The job was completed quickly, professionally, and courteously, and for a reasonable price (unlike some other places who quoted exorbitant amounts). Would definitely recommend!!

Rang Total Glass over a week ago to ask them to replace a broken pane. They asked me to send details. I texted them 4 times over a week, giving details and asking them when they can come to my house. They only replied when I said I wouldn't be recommending them, stating that there had been a long weekend in this time. The long weekend doesn't last a week. Unprofessional and unreliable.
