I hated even having to select one star; in order to leave a review. They don’t deserve a any! Rude, obnoxious, absolutely no customer service. Didn’t respond to emails for weeks, and when they finally quoted; they were reluctant to give me a sketch of the plan; accusing me of wanting to take their design somewhere else to be built cheaper. This was laughable; given that I had already done weeks of research and showed them photos of what I wanted (I just wanted the sketch from them in order to know that I had communicated with them effectively as to what I wanted). They ended up, giving me a very basic sketch with not much detail, when I emailed (twice) with questions to clarify what materials they would be using, and to ask if I could attend their Forster showroom to view other screens they did not respond. I had already attended the Taree showroom with not much success in gaining more info. When we finally spoke; I was advised they didn’t want my job; I had too many questi
