Can't put into words how happy we are with the services of Rapid Equipment. We have had a shocking last few weeks with equipment breaking on us. We are on a deadline with a build and have had equipment just stuff up with no option but to call your company. Within an hour you had our boys up and running with the right equipment. This saves us time and money. There is nothing that we have needed that you haven't been able to supply. Cheers!

To repair a burst water pipe connection I hired a concrete cutter for half a day. Before I could return home a plumber had arrived and assessed that it would not be necessary to cut through a concrete path, and proceeded to fix the leak. Two hours after I had hired the concrete cutter I returned to Kawana Hire to return the it, and mentioned that as I had not needed to use the cutter, it would not need servicing. I was not seeking a refund of the hire fee, but after a brief inspection of the cutter the proprietors offered to refund in full the hire fee. While I have been a irregular client for many years, I was very pleasantly surprised with the offer, and will continue to patronise the business when I need machinery.

So easy to deal with! 5 stars!
