Had my engagement party at Wests, the food was amazing and service was excellent. Would highly recommend Wests to everyone.

I gave a negative review regarding a very bad experience at this venue, but it appears to have been deleted. We had booked the bus for 5 people but when the time came to take us home, they refused to take us , saying that we hadnt booked. At no time did the ask what name it was booked under...just said they had 5 passengers , which was in fact our group. They just kept saying we werent booked ! I was expecting an apology from management but it has not been forthcoming. Won't be visiting again .

Rate 0/10. Business staff highly rude with serving and service. Would not go again due to staff undervaluing customers and speaking rudely ! Do not rate to anyone who is wanting to have a drink and have a good time, bar tenders want to ruin people’s time, especially when escalated they don’t care about customers.

Nice and helpfull staff. Good meals will deffently go there again
