Whilst vegetable boxes are currently unavailable due to recent flooding, you can join our waitlist on our website. Dedicated farmer Jesse not only tends to the farm but also runs the Growing Future Farmers program. This immersive hands-on experience offers homeschool and preschool kids, schools, early education centres, and community groups an opportunity to delve into the wonders of nature and farming. Jesse's background as a teacher infuses the program with a passion for science, creating a supportive learning environment where children can truly connect with the life of a farmer. Warialda Public School was established in 1851, making it amongst the oldest in the state. The school services the township of Warialda and the surrounding rural areas in the Gwydir Shire. Its student population is 177, with more than half of the students travelling to school by bus. The school is well resourced with a spacious, well-grassed and well maintained playground in an attractive setting. It is staffed by a mixture of beginning and experienced teachers and support staff.
