The tow truck driver was a really decent guy who got my ute off the motorway exit and then organised another tow to Cabarita. These guys go over and above so chuffed i got RACQ roadside for peace of mind! It was a split radiator hose after hours and without these guys my ute full of work tools and myself would have been in dire straits! Has already paid for itself!

To be honest I have spent two days on the phone trying to settle an account I have spoken to at least 6 people from your company and had no result I find this to be very poor customer service I would never recommend latitude to anyone as the experience I’ve had has cost me dearly
