When my partner and I decided we were in the market for buying a block of land and building our own home, we started looking around for a broker. QPF Finance / Pacific 1 Finance was recommended to us by some close friends, and we decided to give them a call. We really wanted to find someone that could work with us throughout the purchasing and building process and to suit our unique situation. Being rural and in a higher risk zone, we thought securing a loan with a good rate without ridiculous fees would be difficult; But Greg, Caron and the team were able to where others couldn't. Would highly recommend going to see Joe Vella Insurance Brokers and getting them to help you find the best insurance policies they can offer, as they are very helpful, and have a range of insurance covers they can offer and are sure to be able to save you some money, or get you on a more affordable policy.
