BEST General Insurance in Brooloo QLD 4570

Went into make a deposit for a tradesman who banks with them after waiting for 15minutes someone finally came out a said they don't have tellers so I would have to go back to my bank to make the payment, looks like the tradesman will have to wait a bit for his money. I don't know what kind of screwed up system they have but to have no tellers makes no kind of sense to me.
