We have used Shade and Sail a few times for the removal and reinstallation of our shade cloth during extreme weather, as well as a repair of a tear. Affordable Excavations & LandscapingWe were given great advice when we started our building renovation. "Hire a building consultant" who is independent from the building company we engaged to carry out the work. An independent building consultant will help you: 1. A.S. are met 2. If variations are implied, your consultant can tell you if they really do need to be implemented or can suggest a workaround 3. Help you understand your legal rights 4. Help you understand building principles and regulations 5. Peace of mind We hired Stuart as our consultant and on one occasion our builder tried to hit us with a $14,000 additional fee that I thought we would definitely have to come up with. My wife said let's get Stuart. He met us on site, he showed us an alternative that cost us a total of $1,260 including Stuart's fees. What a saving! Stuart is a brilliant building consultant.
