I wouldn't touch them with a 40 foot pole. They explicitly told me in an email it would be $135 to hang our garage door springs and service the door, they asked for and received photos of the problem prior to arrival. At the end of their callout they had neither hung the springs nor serviced the door and still charged me the $135. The technician from memory had undone a nut and done it up again (maybe 2 or 3 minutes work) and pulled down on the springs for about 3 seconds before giving up. Start state... broken door, end state... broken door. For all intents and purposes what they did was a quote. When I later complained about paying $135 for a glorified quote and stating that it felt like a scam being charge and receiving no tangible benefit in return... they became shockingly and unnecessarily rude... severing ties... and calling my email stupid.

Phoned and spoke to a lovely lady in the office. My door had come loose from the cable and I was not able to open it. My wife had a doctors appointment and we could not get our car out. They sent 2 men to open the door for me and then later in the day another 2 arrived and fixed the cable. The guys were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. My wife and I were very happy and would like to thank all of them for the exceptional service. Very happy!
