I have never, in my entire life dealt with such a dysfunctional business, or dealt with such lazy, inept and ineffectual human beings. We were given numerous dates on which work was supposed to start, which weren't met and were told lies via voice mail that no one was home when they came to start work. I doubt anyone who actually works for olympic fencing lifted a single fibre away from their office chairs to inspect and/or quote our job properly, as the contractor they sent ran his own show. He decided that the fence doesn't need to be straight where it once was, and that building it outside our boundary on council property was totally ok, even commenting "I doubt the council will send any big wigs out here, and even if they did, they probably won't even notice."
