Great service, the admin team connected me to a variety of tradies and they rescheduled my appointment when I needed. You can do so using sms or phone which was super helpful. The tradies themselves were lovely and knowledgeable. They explained what the problem was and why it emerged. I originally thought I had a leaking roof but it turns out it was insulation around air con pipes going into the ceiling. My experience was so good that I used Intrust to help me organise a plumber as well.
