Phoned and spoke to a lovely lady in the office. My door had come loose from the cable and I was not able to open it. My wife had a doctors appointment and we could not get our car out. They sent 2 men to open the door for me and then later in the day another 2 arrived and fixed the cable. The guys were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
