This is the second system we have had from FNQ Hot Water and have had excellent service both time. We followed Henry's advice, for the 1st one and did not get the common model on the market at that time and were never disappointed. The first system, an Edwards, did not fail; it had to be removed as the house was pulled down. We rarely used a booster and had more hot water than needed. When we got the present system, he took the old one away free of charge. Great service. High recommend. He knows his product.

Recently we contacted Atherton Gas and Camping for a gas bottle refill. We found Roger to be such a wonderful person to deal with at all times - on the phone and in person. He even came out to our place on a Sunday and fixed a problem we had with our gas bottle, which we greatly appreciated. This is what excellent customer service truly is! Highly recommended!

This is the second system we have had from FNQ Hot Water and have had excellent service both time. We followed Henry's advice, for the 1st one and did not get the common model on the market at that time and were never disappointed. The first system, an Edwards, did not fail; it had to be removed as the house was pulled down. We rarely used a booster and had more hot water than needed. When we got the present system, he took the old one away free of charge. Great service. High recommend. He knows his product.
