From the time I rang & spoke to a lovely lady Belinda about a free quote to Tim coming out and discussing our needs & giving a very Reasonable quote which was accepted & started the ball rolling. Tradies came in demolished removed Asbestos & Concrete which revealed unexpected challenges which Tim discussed with us & then dealt with and solved the problems. Like clockwork one tradie finished the next one started Tim always messaged us of his time of arrival & what would be happening that day All the tradies were Punctual Friendly Polite & Professional as were Tim & his very nice young apprentice Ben. All the tradies were very carful of their surroundings & cleaned up the site at the end of the day and disposed of all rubbish. Once again we can’t recommend this company highly enough if you want a Beautiful Bathroom at a Fair Price and Most Importantly With Out the Hassles then this is the team for you. We can’t thank John from Local Plumber and Hot Water Specialist enough! After being quoted $12,500 by another plumber to excavate and fix our sewer, who left us without a working system and claimed it was ‘unclearable’, John came to the rescue. He listened to our situation, explained all the risks, and reassured us that while there was a chance his equipment could get stuck, he would do everything he could to avoid digging. True to his word, he spent 40 minutes meticulously clearing the blockage and saved us a fortune! He gave us much-needed time to plan for a permanent repair when finances allow.
