Does not understand the laying of concrete. Waited until it was almost set before trying to float it off. The concrete has different color stains and moss in it depending on the weather. Was coming back to coat the concrete with color, but that was almost 6 months ago. Not heard or seen him. Will not reply to text messages. Highly not recommended by me.
