Although I had a lot of difficulty ordering a part through Bunnings with Nilfrisk for about a year, it was at no fault of Bunnings. In the end there was three parts ordered (floor tools) and the one I wanted apparently had been discontinued. Bunnings sold me the three parts at a fantastically discounted price. I won't need to buy tools 4 years. They shouted me a a free coffee while I waited so they could sort it all out for me. I just love bunnings.
