After over 30 years in the customer service industry myself, I cannot recommend Rhyce highly enough. He responded quickly (in fact he was the only person to respond), he turned up on time, he was friendly, polite, tidy and did an extremely professional job. Quite frankly, don't waste your time looking anywhere else.
