Our shed was non standard and designed to blend with the house. Stable Sheds and Garages supported our vision and delivered a high quality result . We planned and hoped for quality and service when we engaged Stable Sheds and our expectations were exceeded.

They poured a defective concrete slab that would not sustain the required load. We spent months seeking them to rectify the slab with no resolution. They then took us to ncat claiming a progress payment despit defective work .this caused us to spend over $30,000.00 on expert reports and legal fees that we couldnt claim back due them withdrawing there application in the ncat court. We ended up terminating the contract and now we have a defective concrete slab we can't use and only part of a shed which we purchased. We found out there licence do not allow them to do resisdential work over $20000.00 including GST. Our shed was costing $45000 and we have already paid them over $24000 for nothing but problems We surgest if you use this company you use council only not there certifer. But best to pick a better company to do your job We are a extremely unhappy customers. We are now financially worse off but we are left with a slab we can't use and a shell of a shed that no one will instal
