I have spent a lot of money over 9 years at this store but never again. Was told my washing machine would be delivered and installed but they were so late with no communication and dropped it off with my husband while I was in the toilet. It took us over a hour to install it ourselves. Very disappointed with this service.

Brilliant customer service when dealing with issues/mistakes. Mick, who I spoke with on the phone was sincere and apologetic when he heard of the mix up that my fridge wasn’t going to be delivered today. I had ordered food to be delivered from Woolworths tomorrow that had to be refrigerated so if I didn’t get the fridge we would have been screwed and out of food till Tuesday. The boss made sure it was delivered this afternoon and by himself personally. Can’t not thank them all enough!

I purchased a bed and mattress and Nicola was so awesome. She just new everything about everything and there was no pressure. I walked away super happy. Now I'm back to buy a couch and getting the same awesome experience. I love supporting my local stores. The quality is really good and I know I'm buying with confidence. Plus they have some really cool home bits and pieces made by locals too.

We are very happy with the service and furniture that we have just purchased from this local family-owned business. The service from everyone at Gympie One Stop Furniture in their Mary Street location was so personal and we are so impressed with their knowledge of the products they sell. Communication re availability and delivery was exceptional. The delivery was on-time and William and Ryan placed everything where we wanted it and then cleaned up and took the packaging away. We will certainly be shopping at this store again and recommending them to our friends.

This is a Beautiful family business that did everything possible to help me design my baby change table. I wanted something solid that was safe and able to be colour matched to my cot and that is what we got! So happy with our furniture and the customer service was fantastic.
