I had a horrible experience with Harvey Norman. I have bought a bed frame from them, which took nearly four months too arrive…I had organised a delivery day with them with Brie and then I had to recall her and rearrange another day because I wouldn’t be home. She said she would change it, and she obviously never did because I was at work and got home on my split shift and my bed was laying over my front door. It is a large timber bed frame so I couldn’t get into my apartment. They then proceeded to tell me that there delivery driver called the person I live with and she said just to leave it out the front. This did not happen, and Shelby from Harvey Norman stated that they wouldn’t leave it there if not directed to do so. They were not helpful, she spoke very condescendingly and had no urge to help me or apologise. The blame was put directly on us, who had been working all day. Awful customer service and terrible experience. Would not recommend at all.
