Yesterday we went and buy new HP Computer and TV. Thank you so the Customer Service officers who serve us. They have an excellent customer service and very very helpful. They an excellent knowledge of everything they are selling. That's why I always shop at Harvey Norman. The service abd staff re polite and excellent staff. The staff who transfer our documents from old computer to our new computer is very good IT person, have a full knowledge and excellent service provided to us. For me most important when I do the shopping is the customer service provided, knowledge of the staff, and excellent services. I would like to say thank you for the manager as he has an excellent team members working with them. Again thank you to all Harvey Norman 🙏

In the past 12 moths I have purchased 2 items, a dresser and a glass display cabinet, and I must say that I am very happy with both items, and the lady at the counter has always been very pleasant to me. Have a good look at the item you wish to buy and ask questions. If in doubt go home an have an other think. No one is holding you back. If a guarantee is available ask for it to be written on your docket, saves a lot of misunderstands.

We were recommended to use Metamorphic to style our property before sale. I was skeptical that the cost would be worth it, but many friends confirmed that property styling would increase the value. I had 2 separate real estate agents value my property before styling. After seeing the incredible job that Penny had done, the real estate quote was 30k more than they initially suggested. With the rate rise announced we were nervous about the higher asking price, but we sold in the first week for higher than asking - from the realtor feedback, it was the styling that sold it. I required a person from Bedding to check an issue I had with my electric bed my husband and I recently purchased. A very well mannered young man called Matthew rang and arranged a time and then rang closer to the time as a courtesy. He arrived on time, sorted the issue quickly which was a great relief to us.
