Words can't express how grateful I am to Natasha and Mackay Family Funerals for helping me and my husband getting through a very difficult time. My newborn son passed away in 2004, and Natasha created a beautiful service for him. She helped me choose the most beautiful casket, with little silver doves as handles, and the heartfelt touches she made left me with some very meaningful memories to take with me. She printed a beautiful poem out onto cards for my family and I. She was compassionate and empathetic to the sorrow I was feeling as we laid him to rest. My son was treated like the angel he was, and surrounded with so much love that day. It's been a long time since then, but I was able to take something positive out of what was the most traumatic time in my life.
