Mark arrived and introduced himself and went straight to business. He was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing and ended up finally finding the solution to the clicking noise coming from the oven. I’m very happy with his service.

Every step of our service was spot on. We called on the morning after their break and with a broken washing machine were able to fit us in within a day or two. The fellas were on time and new exactly what they were doing and easily could of taken advantage of the issue but were 100% honest and fixed the machine quickly and for a great price. We were also told that at 10 years old it may not last too long and gave us a couple of recommendations on what to buy next time from their experience. Thank you Kerrs.

I’ve never left a bad review for any business but I’m absolutely appalled at this business. I contacted Neale last Friday to get a quote for our fridge as he advertises in our area. He quoted for the job, got the address, and told me he’d be here Tuesday (today). I’ve since had to call him to ask what time as there’s been no communication - and he only vaguely remembered who I was and said he’d call me back as he was driving. When he called back he said he’s not able to do the job anymore, as he didn’t want to make the trip out - and I’d have to book again for when there’s another job in the area. Id taken the day off work, dropped kids at school to rush back as we’re amidst a heat wave with a fridge that doesn’t seal - and had to follow up with him to find out he was never going to come out anyway. Extremely disappointed as I could have booked a number of other local businesses by now that would have appreciated the work especially in these times.
