Reegan came out to us only three hours after we rang him on the Australia Day W/end.
He fixed up the problem with our side by side S/S fridge freezer very quickly, we found him knowledgeable & polite & would not hesitate calling him again when required.
Called BAS out 20th June 2014 for faulty washing machine ...the service fee....$95 and a quote given for $127 to replace a faulty control panel.. part ordered in September 2014, guess how long we waited ...9 months !!!! finally in early May 2015 BAS rang to say the part had arrived, (many broken promise, numerous phone calls etc in the 9 months in between) BAS arranged to have the new part installed later the same day.... BUT ...just 1/2 an hour later BAS rang back to say that the suppliers of the control panel had charged them an extra $35 (from $60 to $95) so they were not prepared to honor the quote given 9 months earlier.. (supplier wouldn't budge or so they said)..so you think that's bad .....somewhat unhappy (to say the least) I decided to take the machine apart, and to contact the supplier, sent photos of the control panel etc (unbelievably helpful service dept) part arrived in just 3 days, it took just 5 mins to fit (unplugged some leads and re-plugged in the new part).. now w
