Firstly, surprised there were opened on a Sunday. Gave them a buzz and spoke with Peter, explained the issue of my Beko dryer, Peter said to bring it in today and they will see what the can do. On arrival, took a bit of time for someone to attend to me, but Jim saw me and helped wheel the dryer in the shop. An exchange of name and number, no deposit required and no date on when it will be done. Thought nothing of it and when home. Got a call back in less then 3 hours, told it was fixed and ready for picked up. That was the second surprise as I was not in a hurry to get it fixed, third surprise was the cost of the fix, it was more than fair to be honest, a lot lower than one expected. Got there and paid, had a chat to Jim and left happy. Overall a very satisfied customer. Thanks Jim and team!!!
called to report fridge temperature gauge not working. Technician decided on the phone that it was cooling fan and ordered one. Waited a few days and he installed it. Charging me for the fan. Next day reported not working. Waited more than a week before he came out again and he stated fridge needed replacement. Compressor not working. Waited another period of time for him to collect the fan again which was taken out ready for him to collect and give refund. It was three weeks before I could order a replacement fridge.. Not happy. Technician remiss in not coming out to assess the situation before ordering a part. Was offered an apology but would not recommend him.
