Before doing business with this company by phone or at their workshop make sure you ask about up front service fees & wrong part Refund & Exchange policy. Before you commit yourself it might be cheaper to buy a new appliance.
I would highly recommend their services. My fridge went on the blink last Wednesday and Brett took a look the next day after I emailed him. My fridge was fixed first thing on Friday after he ordered the part needed for the fridge.
