I’ve never left a bad review for any business but I’m absolutely appalled at this business. I contacted Neale last Friday to get a quote for our fridge as he advertises in our area. He quoted for the job, got the address, and told me he’d be here Tuesday (today). I’ve since had to call him to ask what time as there’s been no communication - and he only vaguely remembered who I was and said he’d call me back as he was driving. When he called back he said he’s not able to do the job anymore, as he didn’t want to make the trip out - and I’d have to book again for when there’s another job in the area. Id taken the day off work, dropped kids at school to rush back as we’re amidst a heat wave with a fridge that doesn’t seal - and had to follow up with him to find out he was never going to come out anyway. Extremely disappointed as I could have booked a number of other local businesses by now that would have appreciated the work especially in these times.

I would highly recommend their services. My fridge went on the blink last Wednesday and Brett took a look the next day after I emailed him. My fridge was fixed first thing on Friday after he ordered the part needed for the fridge.

Before doing business with this company by phone or at their workshop make sure you ask about up front service fees & wrong part Refund & Exchange policy. Before you commit yourself it might be cheaper to buy a new appliance.

This Summer has been harsh and when our aircon gave up the ghost I thought I would literally melt. A friend recommended we call Gary and he answered his phone immediately. He came, he fixed, we didn't care what he charged and was surprised at how reasonable the price was. We quietly thank him every day, especially when it is over 40 degrees. Quality service, nice guy!
