There were rude staff and problems with payment of products. The staff had no education of the dresses they were selling. When asked how to create the different looks that are advertised online i was told they are only for show and cannot be done. Any other questions I had, I was told to 'look online' or 'google it'. There were many more complications during the time we spent at the store. I have already and will continue to discourage people from purchasing products through Ferrari, as a wedding planner myself I will not recommended my clients and their wedding party to purchase products from this business.

The ladies are more than helpful when assisting with the suit of my son's formal wear. Everything from shoes, tie, kerchief, 3-piece suit, shirt, cuff-links, and even pocket watch all in one place and very reasonably priced. My son was over the moon with his choice and the help we received.

Deb and her team are amazing! Debs manner is so calming and made picking my dress a breeze. I had an idea in mind for my dress, which she listened to but she knew the exact dresses that would suit my body type. Her dresses are elegant, high quality and don't break the bank. I wish I could wear it more everyday. Deb was given the tough task of getting my dress made and delivered within 6 weeks. She worked hard to ensure my dress arrived (even doing a drive to Brisbane to the warehouse) and when it did, it fitted perfectly! She kept me updated throughout the process. I can’t recommend Brides First Forever enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. This was the only Bridal shop I went to.
