Once again Jo from Crown currency exchange Harbour Town has gone that extra mile to satisfy my requirements for my upcoming trip to Hong Kong and Vietnam. After dealing with Jo on my last (7) overseas trips for both Business and Pleasure I had no hesitation in calling her for my current trip. Unfortunately for my Business partner I'm travelling with forgot Jo's name after I'd told him to go to the Harbour Town outlet, subsequently he complained to me about the inconsistency of the staff and fealt he was not treated fairly the woman he completed his transaction with had assured him of the best rate only to find out the rate was definitely not the best and after one phone call Could've saved $400 Aud had he gone elsewhere, this caused me to rething using Crown but decided to call Jo and reassuringly Jo looked after me the same as usual. Crown should be extremely proud of Jo She obviously is a productive employee
