Over the 30 years I have been working, I have developed a blend of massage types including Swedish and Sports. I believe this reduces pain and discomfort during a massage, while still allowing an effective amount of work to be done. By starting off with Swedish to relax the person and warm up the muscles, tightness and knotting (problem areas) can be found easier. When too strong a massage is used straight off, the muscles contract to protect themselves and the painful knots within. Once the muscles soften up (with the use of heat packs as well) more intense work can be done with less pain and bruising. I like my clients to give me feedback about my pressure throughout the massage, this can prevent (to an extent) after-massage pain. Throughout the massage, I regularly go back to Swedish and draining technique, to ensure the person is as relaxed as possible and lactic acid is continually drained away. I'm also fully qualified in skin care, nutrition, iridology, stretching techniques and injury management. I don't mind discussing problems and will give helpful advice freely while massaging. I work with reduced prices and discounts for people who come regularly. $10 off introductory offer - first time massages $60 for 1 hr $90 for 1.5 hours $5 discount for regular clients (Weekly or fortnightly)

My massage style is the perfect balance between pressure and relaxation to meet each individual client’s needs. My aim is to find the fine line for each client, which is the perfect amount of pressure to relieve aches and pains whilst still allowing you to relax. Not having enough pressure during a massage is frustrating and too much pressure means you leave feeling more stressed out than when you walked in. With over 14 years’ experience my aim is to find that perfect massage fine line with every client, every time so you walk out feeling your aches and pains have been relieved as well as feeling relaxed. That was the best massage I've ever had, & I've had quite a few, a line I frequently have the pleasure of hearing new clients say. Remedial massage is beneficial for many conditions or people wanting to be proactive about their wellness. Remedial massage promotes a state of equilibrium through your soft tissues and lymphatic and nervous systems.
