Two pizzas were ordered at 7:30 PM and we were advised that delivery would occur by 8:20 PM. By 8:40 PM, no delivery had arrived, so we contacted Joe's Pizza for an update. We were then informed that deliveries had been closed for the evening and were told that we would need to collect the order ourselves. Given that the agreed delivery time had already passed and the order had not been delivered, we requested a refund. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, we were informed that we were "banned" and would never be permitted to order from the business again. The call was then abruptly terminated. To make matters worse, our payment has still not been refunded. The handling of this situation was completely unacceptable, demonstrating a lack of customer service, communication, and accountability. Very disappointing experience

Unbelievable food! Tried the home made pies and home made fritters, also the blueberry and coconut slice was to die for! Great place, great service and great food. Loved it and heading there again right this instant!
