The Kinross Woolshed is a relocated shearing shed that was moved from Holbrook, north of Albury, in 1988. The Woolshed was rebuilt using the original materials and keeping true to its original features. The building's origins date back to the 1890's when it was one of the busiest shearing sheds in Australia. Kinross Woolshed is one of the most popular dining and entertainment venues on the border as well as a must see tourist destination for people visiting Albury Wodonga. Over the past few years many of the music industry's biggest stars have performed at the Kinross including international '80s stars Belinda Carlisle and Rick Astley as well as Australian stars such as Jimmy Barnes, Vanessa Amorosi, Joe Cameliri, Diesel, Shannon Noll, The Whitlams, Lisa Mitchell, Jeff Lang and many many more. Known as the home of Country Music on the border with the cream of Australian Country artists all appearing including Adam Brand, Beccy Cole, Adam Harvey, James Blundell, Gina Jeffreys, the Sunny Cowgirls, the McClymonts, Jetty Road and even Chad Morgan. The atmosphere at Blind Freddy's Café is very 1950s American with a motorcycles theme. They serve excellent food, and the barista excels at making some of the finest coffee that I myself, as a barista, have tasted. Their iced mocha and flat white, which my husband had, were on point. The Eggs Benedict and waffles were also amazing, and the service was great.
