Flaming Good is owned by Tony and Danielle. Our journey began when we ran our family olive grove in South East Queensland. After struggling to make a living from the olive grove we started pizza nights and these quickly became a huge success. We found that overnight the wood-fired Cob oven would hold a perfect roasting temperature. Using the cooling oven to roast our own farm-raised pork and lamb we began creating delicious and succulent roasts, with a rich depth of flavour we hadn’t experienced for a long time. Fast forward several years and Flaming Good now caters for events and private functions all across Queensland from our Toowoomba base. We cater functions of 40 people up to 25,000 people at major events. We now have a wide range of wood and charcoal-fired ovens creating delicious food including pizzas, fresh platters, BBQ’s, traditional roast with all the trimmings and decadent desserts. Together with our amazing Kitchen Family of very friendly hard-working staff, our trailers travel across Queensland to birthdays, engagement parties, weddings, family functions and corporate events.

Everyone is welcome to come in and see our brewery running and sample some of our beers and ciders. Our brewery is always on show and our head brewer is always willing to chat. The Chocolate Cottage Café began in April 1997 from lifelong dreams of Kaye wanting to start a chocolate shop and teahouse and husband Colin owning his own restaurant. From humble beginnings, we have literally grown with passion and hard work, producing all the chocolates in-house. The cafe now seats 230 and serves meals 6 days per week from 8.00am to 4pm.
