Citywalk Motor InnCalled into your butchery on Wednesday the 4th. The place felt good and the display was excellent. We bought a variety of meats and, as we need to come to Rocky occasionally, thought we had found a good old fashioned butcher shop to come back to. I think you must have an apprentice in the back who needs further training. Of the sirloin steak, the biggest one had muscle more like chuck steak than sirloin. I enclose a photo of your otherwise excellent lamb loin chops and wonder how a cutlet could have got in there. Probably the smallest eye I have seen on a chop. Having spent a life station killing cattle and sheep, I am disappointed .
