I feel in the interest of potential future customers, I need to leave this review. Based purely on my own experience with this business. I engaged the service’s of this business. The end product was one of quality. However their ethos & I quote to bring jobs in on time & on budget is rubbish. They took the deposit and then constantly changed the installation date pushing it out by months & the products used therefore blowing out the budget. I was stuck. My opinion: Just too hard to deal with.

I had been using Cape Byron Glass on many occasions. But when I asked them to get back to me about a shower screen that was top quality (or so we were promised and paid for) which did not have the desired effect, I was disappointed that I never even received a returned phone call. No matter how many messages I left. This has been about 2 years ago, but I have never used them again. We had been happy with them before. But bad customer service when all is not well is a NO NO to me.

We found Eastcoast Aluminium and Glass to be very prompt and reliable. The customer service was excellent and the receptionist was polite and professional. The team came out, assessed the damage and made a time to come back to fix the problem. This was done quickly and efficiently. Great service at competitive prices. Thanks
