Friendly helpful showroom staff, who take the time to find out what you are looking for and provide suitable alternatives. The fitter, very experienced gentleman, efficient did a brilliant job and is a really nice bloke. A breath of fresh air compared to other carpet shops visited recently.

Carpet Call NoosavilleBrilliant customer service when dealing with issues/mistakes. Mick, who I spoke with on the phone was sincere and apologetic when he heard of the mix up that my fridge wasn’t going to be delivered today. I had ordered food to be delivered from Woolworths tomorrow that had to be refrigerated so if I didn’t get the fridge we would have been screwed and out of food till Tuesday. The boss made sure it was delivered this afternoon and by himself personally. Can’t not thank them all enough!
