Couch purchased 10 May 14. Proforma 3 seat recliner and 2 single recliners - cost $2999. Couch delivered about 1 week later (17MAY14??). Couch arrived with; Broken right arm (chair was unable to recline properly) Poor stitching all over chair Infested with spiders and loose cup holder and scratched wood. Couch was replaced a few days later, we were annoyed that our new $3000 couch arrived in such a horrible condition. A conversation with Adrian (owner) would reveal that the damage was caused by transit... Transit caused the stitching to come loose? That's a new one! Less than 4 months after replacement, right side recliner stops reclining. Not happy with the quality for the price we request a refund. Adrian flat out refuses and offers to fix the couch. We tell him we are not happy with that outcome, "How many times does a couch need to break/become faulty before you will refund us?".
