Very disappointed with this company. We hired them to put in a floating floor no complaints about that, but the vertical blinds has been nothing but a stuff up it has taken months and months to be sorted out. As far as communication there is none. Won't recommend your company. Jennifer

Called up about a quote , he cut me off abruptly when I was answering a question as it seemed I was taking just a little too long for his liking to answer it , he abruptly re-asked his question. Extremely rude customer service. I told him this before telling him not to worry about it because I would prefer to take my business elsewhere. I hope he reads this so he understands how he made a customer feel. I live in the area so a convenient business to go through for me but will go out of my way now to find someone else to do my job.
