We have used Mark for many years. He used to be great. Sadly the last job he did, which was basically a touch up of a job he had done previously and light sand of another floor and coating, was dreadful. He and his offsider were on site for 3.5 hours, did not have the appropriate equipment and left the site with a poor result. We were shocked to be invoiced nearly $3500 for 3.5 hours work with such a poor outcome. After we complained Mark eventually agreed to reduce his invoice, but told us never to come back. As if we ever would!!!
