“We had Tasmanian Blackbutt flooring installed about 6 years ago and unfortunately it suffered significant cupping. A local builder recommended Kane as the guy to fix the problem. He was right. Kane assessed the problem and came up with a solution based on his considerable knowledge and skills. He was honest in his appraisal and gave us confidence that the job would be done to our satisfaction and his high-quality standards. We have never seen a guy work so hard. Three days of sanding to remove the cupping and then three days of coating with sanding in between. He often worked beyond sunset and did the finishing coats over a weekend. The end result is magnificent and everything that we could have wished for. Thanks to Kane and Cheryl.”
