Can't be questioned about very questionable work! All attitude and told me the bog on the nail heads have popped coz I have been walking on my floor for the last month and used a vacuum cleaner - WTF!!!! Supposedly if I had told him 2 weeks sooner he'd be more willing to do something about it - WTF! Clearly has no warranty on his work or faith in it. In the end said he'd come back to fix it after puffing his chest at me. No thanks - I'll get a professional! Look elsewhere and get someone decent who gives you a nice finish on a floor your allowed to walk on and vacuum.
