Gavin and his team just laid, sanded and polished the floors of 2 levels of our house. Gavin listened, stood by what he said, was flexible and actually did everything he said he would do. His team were hard working, careful, gave informative answers to our questions, turned up when they were meant to, did the job within the time frame given and were generally pleasant to be around. I would happily recommend Bays. Of all the people we have worked with during our renovations, Gavin has been the most straightforward and the workmanship was excellent. Thanks Gavin!!
