His communication is excellent and he kept us informed and up to date with the whole process. He worked with us to suit our time schedule with our renovations, ensuring we would be able to cope with a whole house repolish. Everyone who comes to our home comments on the quality of the finish and beauty of the matt finish. The floors throughout our home are just amazing and we love waking up each morning to our “new” home. If you are needing a professional job done, you can’t go past Mark Smith.

Happy with the polished floors, nice workmanship; however, very unhappy with really bad ?glue/dirt marks on my freshly painted wall, which has to be stripped back again. Furthermore, I received no reply when I complained about it.
