Lesley says if you're already a fan of Tai Chi, Master Rod is the best you can get. If you're aren't a fan, you may well be convinced after participating in a workshop. These workshops are a golden opportunity to refine one's Tai Chi techniques and learn about its benefits. The effort to attend these workshops is well worth it.
