For 11 years now, I have been using the power plates and the results have been fabulous. Each workout Kasey asks how you are feeling and designs a program that suits your needs that day. Power plates are a great workout, I highly recommend that everyone should give it a go!
I first went to see Robin on my gynaecologist's recommendation to make sure I maintained my pelvic floor post-hysterectomy. She was as good as he claimed she was, remembering me from previous visits and guiding me with her expertise and knowledge. Best of all, she didn't keep suggesting follow-ups; she was even happy to guide me over the phone when I had some queries. I still see her from time to time, and would highly recommend her to anyone needing to see a physio for their pelvic region.
