Love our ‘over 55’ sessions with Nick. He takes the time to cater for everyone’s abilities ( or non abilities!! 😂). The sessions are fun, varied and enjoyable as well as keeping us moving and strong.

Fiona is not only a fantastic teacher but she also attends additional training so she can provide the best lessons for her community! Fiona has helped me prepare and achieve a goal of walking the Kokoda Track over the past 12 months. I have managed to walk over 100km, climb 650m and descended 6500m through the PNG highlands without a strain, sprain or a blister.
