“This gym isn’t for the faint hearted, they are equiped with leading machines, cables, dumbbells, barbells and bench set ups, also an array of cardio machines and punch bags. Very spacious and perfect floor layout. Designed for all levels, females and males and of all ages. I’m personally used to working out in basic gyms but this one specifically will give you optimal growth as the designs in equipment will hit all muscle areas. It’s not the cheapest but I can personally tell you, if your after gains and want to compete, look no further. This venue is catered with Friendly staff and they are professional. East going, great atmosphere. Now get that sweat on and work that body, LOVE IT and thanks guys. I’m heading back West.”

Zumba Fitness Class for everybody. Specialised classes for Kids, Seniors, Aqua Zumba, Toning Program using Maraca like sticks, even have an entire class seated designed for people with limited mobility.
