I've been going twice weekly to small group sessions at Make a Difference health and fitness for over a year now and I love it. For an affordable price, you get a Personal Trainer at the group sessions. The PT is a nice guy, and he knows his stuff. It helps that he is registered and insured! Lee takes the time to explain how to move safely and what muscle groups we are working. There's heaps of parking. And he plays great music. Recommend.

Such a friendly and welcoming gym to all! Gordon has a wealth of knowledge and the ability to work with everyone’s individual goals as well as rehabilitation from injury or illness. I am in the best shape at 50 than I have ever been thanks to Gordon and the staff. I have made lifelong friends here to which is an added bonus!
