The TOP 10 BEST Fitness Centres & Gyms in Coffs Harbour NSW for 2023

I was suffering a neck injury. It took me only about 90 minutes to get a booking and Cindy was fantastic. She sorted me out, taking as much time as was needed to deal with my injury. By the next day, I was good to go! (which is pretty amazing considering I could barely move my neck when I walked in) I couldn't recommend her/this establishment highly enough.

I have been going to Coffs Coast Sports Physio for years and have been seeing both Matt and Stuart. They are always so helpful and supportive through my various injuries and have an awesome knowledge of the body that allows me to get back to dancing and to living an active lifestyle. Pilates with Liz is also amazing and personalised for each individuals ability. Highly recommend this physio practice, very friendly and welcoming staff all round. Well done on a great business on the Coffs Coast

It's always clean, and the staff are friendly. This place has had the facelift it needed. A new life has been brought into the gym by new equipment and programs.

I absolutely love this health club but most importantly it's the amazing crew of trainers and instructors that set this gym apart from any of the others - I feel like I'm stepping into the FUN factory every time I arrive. I have so much fun. Everyone is so friendly and I get big genuine friendly smiles and sincere friendships with everyone there - plus I LOVE all the classes. SO ADDICTIVE
